"Currently, conferences in early child education are undertaken attempting to improve the preschool teachers’ professional ability throughout the reflection of practical cases. This report put early studies in order, and examined the practical examples taking notice of the development in the practitioners’reflection to the conferences. In particular, group conferences in preschool which closely related to the field of practices in early child education have been dealt with as the case. As the result, not only effectiveness of reviewing the cases collectively in group conferences for individual reflection but also the process to reconsider this conferences thoroughly by themselves deepen the practitioners’ reflection is suggested.
