The thesis is the second part of an annual project concerning car parameters identification, sweep/track replay testing and definition of a structured methodology to define a performance index for setups and dampers tuning. The project has been developed and tested on DTM, GT3 and Formula E cars. The first part is concerning road profile identification using sensors installed on the car and bumpyness and modal analysis by computation of PSD. Afterwards a deep investigation on track replay testing methodology have been done which highlighted the main topics, issues and improvements achieved.
