A senior from Kings Mountain (N.C.) High School will receive a financial aid package that provides full tuition, room and board for four years of study at Gardner-Webb University. Jaylen Garvin has been awarded the R.W. Andrews Scholarship Fund established in 1998. The scholarship’s namesake, Ralph W.
