It is shown, that in the industrial dumps of the Middle Urals, in the initial stages of the forest formation phytocenoses under conditions of reduced phytocenotic stress, species of the family Orchidaceae settle. There were 11 species belonging to 8 genera were identified, and 1 interspecies hybrid (Dactylorhiza × kerneriorum (Soó) Soó = D. fuchsii (Druce) Soó × D. incarnata (L.) Soó). A small number (up to 30 individuals) have cenopopulations of species: Cypripedium guttatum, Epipactis helleborine, Goodyera repens; numerous coenopopulations of species: Dactylorhiza fuchsii, Platanthera bifolia, Epipactis atrorubens, E. palustris (300–500 individuals); species of orchids with unstable numbers: Dactylorhiza incarnata, Gymnadenia conopsea, Li...
