Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Kompetensi Dan Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera)

AbstractThis study is to find out the influence of work discipline, competence, and incentives on employee performance. The sample consisted of 68 employees of CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera Madiun in 2020. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. To find out the data that will be examined, this study uses the way the questionnaire is distributed.In this study used SPSS version 20 measuring instrument to test data in the form of instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. From this research produced several conclusions that mention that variables of work discipline, competence and incentives affect simultaneously or together so as to improve the performance of employees CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera. Partially disciplined variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. As for competency variables and incentives have a significant negative effect on employee performance.
