Analisis Yuridis Perjanjian Jual Beli dalam Transaksi E-Commerce Berbasis Itikad Baik

This study aims to determine the validity of the sale and purchase agreement in e-commerce transactions and the good faith of the parties in transacting through e-commerce. The research method used is the normative legal research method. The type of research used is descriptive legal research. From the results of the research the validity of the sale and purchase agreement in e-commerce transactions and the good faith of the parties in transacting through e-commerce based on the Civil Code and Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. The conclusion from the research on the legal requirements of an agreement is that the provisions in Article 1320 of the Civil Code are mandatory and the rights and obligations of the parties have been carried out in good faith in transacting through e-commerce.
