This study aims to analyze the effect of service, price and promotion on customer loyalty. The research method used is quantitative research methods used to examine a specific population or sample of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, namely aged 17 years and over. Sampling was carried out by non-probability sampling method with a total of 100 respondents and the data used were primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.
