Anxiety during pregnancy is caused by fear. Fear of increased pain, fear of damage or deformity such as episiotomy, rupture, stitches or cesarean section, and mothers fear injuring their babies. The mother's knowledge factor in dealing with childbirth is a very important factor affecting the smoothness of the birth process.
