The new editorial team of Training and Education in Professional Psychology (TEPP) acknowledges the efforts of the journal\u27s inaugural editorial team. TEPP is developing a strong tradition and will continue to evolve over time as its influence on the process of preparing professional psychologists becomes increasingly clear. The journal reflects not only the education and training community but also the multifaceted world in which the educational process takes trainees through the stages of predoctoral, doctoral, internship, and postdoctoral preparation.
