Macrodactyly or megalodactyly is a rare congenital anomaly of the extremities, with enlargement of one or several digits of the hands or feet. We report on a 39-year-old woman with unilateral macrodactyly of the first and second fingers, a local plantar soft tissue lump, an abnormally shaped phalanges, and degenerative articular changes in radiographs of the affected fingers of the right hand.
