Difüzyon MRG, dokular arasındaki suyun difüzyon özelliklerini ölçerek imaj kontrastı sağlar. Farklı difüzyon miktarlarından oluşan kombine imajlar difüzyon katsayısı (ADC) haritası ile birleştirilerek kullanılır.Biz bu çalışmamızda meme MRG, difüzyon MRG kullanarak ve meme kitlelerinde ADC katsayıları ölçümleri ile benign-malign ayırımı yapmaya çalışacağız.GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM:Çalışmamızda 38 hastaya T1A, T2A, dinamik kontrastlı ve difüzyon ağırlıklı imajları içeren meme MRG uygulandı. 44 meme kitlesi saptandı.
