This study aims to investigate the effect of using the conceptual maps strategy in middle school-students acquisition of the jurisprudential concepts and the development of reflective thinking. In order to achieve the objectives of this study، a test of acquiring the concepts of jurisprudence was conducted. The test included 30 paragraphs of the type of multiple choice، and a test of the reflective thinking skills included 25-paragraphs in the format of multiple choice. The sincerity and persistence of their indicators were calculated and they proved to be fine and adequate.
