(bzs. rnk.), tablo ;_29 cm.Bu tezde, bakır sülfür (CuS, covellite) ince filmler, cam alt tabanlar üzerinde 27 °C (96 saat) ve 50 °C (7 saat) sıcaklıklarda farklı bakır tuz kaynakları kullanılarak kimyasal depolama yöntemi ile hazırlandı. Bakır sülfür ince filmlerin fiziksel özellikleri (yapısal, optik, morfolojik ve elektriksel) detaylı bir şekilde incelendi. X-ışını kırınım (XRD) analizlerinden filmlerin polikristal yapıda hekzagonal fazda oluştuğu tespit edildi.
