YÖK Tez ID: 154928Synechocystis aquatilis, kalsiyum aljinat içerisine tutuklandı. Bakır iyonlarının biyosorpsiyonu için aljinat küreleri ve tutuklanmış canlı ve tutuklanmış ısı ile inaktive edilmiş algler kullanıldı. Boş küre, canlı ve ısı ile inaktive edilmiş tutuklanmış Synechocystis aquatilis ile Cu2+ iyonlarının biyosorpsiyonu, zaman ve ortamdaki Cu2+ iyonlarının başlangıç konsantrasyonlarının artması ile artmaktadır. Biyosorpsiyon dengesine yaklaşık 3 saatte ulaşıldı ve denge Lagmuir ve Freundlich izotermleriyle tanımlandı. Boş aljinat ve tutuklanmış canlı ve ısı ile inaktive edilmiş Synechocystis aquatilis için en yüksek biyosorpsiyon kapasiteleri kuru biyosorbent başına 76, 125, 137 Cu2+' olarak tespit edildi. pH'nın etkisi incelendi...
