YÖK Tez ID: 609892Oral ve maksillofasiyal bölgede oluşan kemik deformitelerinin, konjenital anomalilerin ya da uzun süreli kemik rezorbsiyonuna bağlı kemik yetersizliklerinin düzeltilmesi amacı ile farklı cerrahi yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Distraksiyon osteogenezisi, yumuşak ve kemik dokuda aşamalı bir doku artışına olanak sağlaması nedeni ile oral ve maksillofasiyal cerrahide tercih edilen bir yöntemdir. Daha önce yapılan bilimsel çalışmalarda, distraksiyon işlemi aşamasında distraktörün aktivasyon sınırı günlük 1mm olarak tanımlanmıştır.
