YÖK Tez ID: 294228Bu çalışmanın amacı, alerjik rinitli hastalarda sadece intranazal kortikosteroid kullanımının ve buna Histamin 1 (H1) veya lökotrien antagonisti eklenerek uygulanan tedavi modellerinin etkinliklerini araştırmaktır.Alerjik rinitli 60 erişkin hasta randomize olarak 3 gruba ayrılmıştır. Altı hafta süre ile Grup I'deki 20 hastaya flutikazon propionat (FP) nazal sprey 400 ?g/gün, Grup II'deki 20 hastaya FP (400 ?g/gün) + levosetirizin (LS) (5 mg/gün) ve Grup III'deki 20 hastaya FP (400 ?g/gün)+ montelukast (ML) (10 mg/gün) tedavisi verilmiştir.
