Ce travail porte sur la caractérisation de matériaux en couches minces par spectroscopie terahertz dépendant du temps. Dans ce but, nous avons élaboré un banc d’analyse spectroscopique dont l’émission et la détection terahertz reposent sur l’utilisation de laser femtoseconde, de semi-conducteurs, de photocommutateurs ultrarapides ou de cristaux électro-optiques. La réponse diélectrique quantitative de matériaux ferroélectriques (titanate de baryum/ - Ba1-xSrxTiO3) déposés sous forme de couches minces, a permis de mettre en évidence l’importance des modes mous de phonon par une étude en température.
