For this purpose, total flavonoid contents (TFC) and total phenolic contents (TPC) of different vinegar samples were determined. in addition, total antioxidant capacities (TAC) of vinegars were analyzed using four different in vitro tests: ABTS, CUPRAC, DPPH, and FRAP, in parallel.
