Bu çalışmada, kavramsal değişim metinlerinin, kavram yanılgılarının giderilmesine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya il merkezinde bulunan genel liselerde 2012-2013 öğretim yılının ikinci döneminde öğrenim gören 249 kız ve 222 erkek öğrenci, toplam 471 orta öğretim 10. Sınıf (15-16 yaş) öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Basit Elektrik Devreleri Tanı Testi (BEDTT) kullanılmıştır. BEDTT yardımı ile öğrencilerde var olan kavram yanılgıları dâhilinde kavramsal değişim metinleri hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan kavramsal değişim metinleri ile ders işlendikten sonra BEDTT son test olarak uygulanmıştır.
