Panorama is a novel that tells the story of Turkish Republic until 1950. In this novel Yakup Kadri Karaosmanoğlu, one of the pioneering authors of new Turkey, talks about the phases of Turkish revolution; wornes and contrasts in Turkish political, social and cultural life, and dangers to which Turkish revolution is exposed. The writer talks about politicians, religious fanatics, opportunists, immorals, disappointed people and those who believe that they suffer from the system.
