Kannabinoidlerin gastrointestinal kanalın farklı bölgelerinde kolinerjik aşırım üzerine etkisiyle düz kas kontraktilitesini azalttığı bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada tavşan izole mide fundus düz kasında Elektriksel Alan Uyarısı (EAU) aracılı kolinerjik transmisyon üzerinde kannabinoidlerin etkileri ve olası etkilerinin hangi kannabinoid reseptörü üzerinden olabileceğinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Deneylerde 2,5-3 kg ağırlığında 30 adet albino tavşandan elde edilen mide fundus şeritleri Krebs solüsyonu içeren organ banyosuna izometrik kasılmaları kayıt etmek için izometrik kuvvet transdüserine bağlı olacak şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. EAU aracılı kasılma yanıtları üzerinde guanetidin ve indometasin in etkisi olmadı. Atropin EAU aracılı kasılma ...
