Patterns of communication inside the language teaching classroom

“Inside the language teaching classroom, there are many factors that involve communication between teacher and students. Communication is very important in the classroom but sometimes it can be difficult to sustain. The factors that impede communication are associated with classroom management, the interaction between teacher and students, teacher talk, noises, content of the class, and the like. Some factors that influence the most are the conditions associated with teachers. Classroom management is used by teachers but if they do not know how to use it, the management can be lost. The interaction is an important part inside the language teaching classroom. Teachers interact to communicate, to give classes, to explain some topic, to talk with their students. Sometimes teacher talk takes an important part during the class but this can be wasting time for some students who like participating a lot. The purpose of this research could help to analyze and explore how communication takes place inside the language teaching classroom in 2 nd, 4th and 6th grade in a public elementary school in Puebla City. Also, it is important to mention the significance of communication inside the language teaching classroom, the use of communication between teacher and students, the way teacher has to communicate to his or her students.
