[The Value of Education in Malay Proverbs] Qimah al-tarbiyyah fi al-amthal al-Malayuwiyyah

We know that proverbs are intended to educate and discipline society. This study presents Malay proverbs in search of proverbs that educate and invite morals to society. And where the disclosure of the characteristics of the Malay community included in it. This study also seeks to extrapolate and analyze Malay proverbs related to education. In addition, we can learn about Malay customs and traditions, expand the horizons of knowledge and increase our knowledge about the Malays. One of the results of this study is that Malay proverbs express the community and are a tool for advice and preaching. The individual took proverbs from the events that take place around him. Malay proverbs are concerned with depicting Malay customs and traditions, such as obedience to the kings and living in the village, and they used to grow rice, eat it, and take care of the cow and the chicken. قد عرفنا أن الأمثال استهدفت للتربية والتهذيب للمجتمع. وهذه الدراسة تعرض الأمثال الملايوية بحثا عن الأمثال التي تربي وتدعو المجتمع بالأخلاق المحمودة. وفيها الكشف عن صفات المجتمع الملايوي المشتملة فيها. وهذه الدراسة ايضا تحرص على استقراء الأمثال الملايوية المتعلقة بالتربية وتحليلها. وفضلا عن ذلك، نستطيع أن نتعرف على العادات والتقاليد الملايوي، ونوسع آفاق المعرفة ونزيد معلوماتنا عن الشعوب الملايوي. ومن نتائج هذه الدراسة أن الأمثال الملايوية تعبر عن المجتمع وأنها أداة للنصح والوعظ، وقد أخذ الفرد الأمثال من الأحداث التي تجري حوله. فالأمثال الملايوية تختص بتصوير العادات والتقاليد الملايوي مثل طاعة الملوک وعيشة في القرية وکانوا يزرعون الارز وياکلونه ويرعون البقرة والدجاجة
