This paper discusses the implementation of environmental protection and management in a legal political perspective, describing the implementation of policies related to legislation as steps to implement environmental protection and management. The approach method used is normative juridical. The research result that the implementation of environmental protection and management from a political and legal perspective could not be maximized because in accordance with the political objectives of the law, the existing natural resources could not be used for the greatest prosperity and welfare of the people. In addition, there are still a lot of water pollution, air pollution, forest logging and other actions of those who damage the environment....
