Fulfillment of the legal needs of the parties is mostly carried out through standard agreements that are generally accepted in society, both those adhering to the Common Law system and the Civil Law in casu in Indonesia. These two legal systems have relevance in the development of standard contract law, including, regarding written requirements (statue of frauds), regarding the validity of standard agreements, regarding breaking of contracts and regarding exonation clauses stated in the standard agreement.
