1913 Flood Postcard Monument Square

A postcard commemorating the March 25, 1913 flood that devastated Tiffin (Ohio) This postcard shows a possible picture of Monument Square which was located on Water Street (later re-named as Frost Parkway). Monument Square is written on the reverse side of the postcard with a question mark. The flood destroyed (or partially destroyed) 652 buildings, totally destroyed 129 buildings, and took the lives of 19 people
