A postcard commemorating the March 25, 1913 flood that devastated Tiffin (Ohio) This postcard shows a picture of East Market Street looking east from Rock Creek (as noted on the reverse side of the postcard). The flood destroyed (or partially destroyed) 652 buildings, totally destroyed 129 buildings, and took the lives of 19 people
