1913 Flood Postcard Water Street 2

One black and white postcard measuring 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches showing the flooding on Water Street. Written in white ink in the bottom left-hand corner is "Water St. East from Monument Square Tiffin, O." Writing in pencil on the reverse side of the postcard reads "Water St. is now Frost Parkway.
