FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS BASED ON EVA AND MVA METHODS AT TELECOMMUNICATION SECTOR COMPANY IN INDONESIA THAT LISTED IN LQ45 INDEX

This thesis aims to determine the financial performance of telecommunication sector company in Indonesia that listed in LQ45 index using EVA and MVA methods during the years 2016 to 2019. This thesis was categorized as a quantitative research method. The data used in this thesis is secondary data, which are financial statements, the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) and Common Stock Price Index (CSPI). Based on the value EVA of the year 2016 to 2019, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk has good financial performance that managed to meet the expectations of the company and the investors while PT XL Axiata Tbk only able to create economic value added for the company in 2017. Based on the value of MVA during the years 2016 to 2019, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk managed to create wealth and prosperity for companies and investors.
