AimThe aim of this article is to present a case of medulloblastoma in an adult patient aged 46 and the problems associated with its treatment.Case DescriptionThe authors present a case of medulloblastoma in a 46-year old male patient. The tumour, which is typically identified in childhood, is very rare in adults. The incidence rate, in individuals older than 16 years of age, is 0.05 per 100,000.ResultsThe patient was subjected to combined therapy consisting of surgery and subsequent radiotherapy.
