Over the years, the number of social network platforms have drastically increased and changed the way individuals interact with one another. The purpose of this paper is to develop a better understanding of cyberbullying and the anti-bullying laws that have been created. The information gathered identifies thirteen key components when developing an effective antibullying law, policy, or regulation.
