BACKGROUND: Hydrocele is common cause of painless scrotal swelling worldwide. AIMS OF THE STUDY: 1. To study difference between two approaches of hydrocele surgeries. 2. Complications associated with two approaches of surgeries. 3. Effective wound healing rate. METHODS: Hydrocele is a common cause of painless scrotal swelling world wide. The study was carried out with the aim of comparing inguinal approach of Hydrocele surgery with scrotal approach of Hydrocele surgery. 100 patients were enrolled in the study from the period of SEP 2018 to SEP 2019 and were randomly selected for inguinal and scrotal approach (n=50).
