Incorporación De Los Acuerdos De La Paz Al Bloque De Constitucionalidad

The peace agreement signed with the FARC guerrillas and the national government is incorporated into the Constitutionality Block through the endorsement that Congress makes through the Fast Track, with the endorsement of the Constitutional Court, but it is the same Court Which leaves in the air the premise of a constitutional review if there is participation of the first constituent, which Congress has stated to be representing it. But the plebiscite held on October 2 saw that many of the Colombians who are part of the first constituent pronounced with a majority in the polls, stating that this agreement should not be incorporated into the Magna Carta through the Constitutionality Block, to Many jurists are legal and for others it is illegal and represents a forcible subjection of these contents of the agreement. The Constitutional Block is one of the most important and, at the same time, less clear instruments that included the Political Charter of 1991 to the Colombian normative system, also serves to coordinate the domestic law with the internationally agreed norms. Can a government that has participated in some conversations with the FARC guerrilla incorporate these peace accords to the Colombian Constitutional Block?. In conclusion, there are many actors involved but the Constitutional Court who must defend the National Constitution has passed on the Magna Carta, declaring an exception to impose the Agreement, tomorrow the death penalty or extradition will also be declared exceptional, with the loss of security In the country.El acuerdo de paz celebrado con la guerrilla de las Farc y el gobierno nacional se incorpora al Bloque de Constitucionalidad a través de la refrendación que el Congreso hace por medio del Fast Track, con el aval de la Corte Constitucional, pero es la misma Corte la que deja en el aire la premisa de una revisión constitucional si hay participación del primer constituyente, que el Congreso ha manifestado estarlo representando. Pero el plebiscito realizado el 02 de octubre dejo ver que muchos de los colombianos que hacen parte del primer constituyente se  pronunciaron con una mayoría en las urnas, manifestando que este acuerdo No se debería incorporar a la Carta Magna a través del Bloque de Constitucionalidad, para muchos juristas es legal y para otros es ilegal y representa un sometimiento por la fuerza de estos contenidos del acuerdo. El Bloque de Constitucionalidad es uno de los más importantes y, a la vez, menos claros instrumentos que incluyó la Carta Política de 1991 al sistema normativo colombiano, así mismo sirve para coordinar el derecho interno con las normas internacionalmente acordadas. ¿Puede un gobierno que ha participado de unas conversaciones con la guerrilla de las FARC incorporar estos acuerdos de paz al Bloque de Constitucionalidad colombiano?. Concluyendo, hay muchos actores involucrados pero la Corte Constitucional quién debe defender la Constitución nacional ha pasado sobre la Carta Magna, declarando una excepción para imponer el Acuerdo, mañana la pena de muerte o la extradición será declarada también excepcional, con la pérdida de la seguridad jurídica en el país
