Keberhasilan Pertumbuhan Setek Jeruk Nipis (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle) Terhadap Berbagai Bahan Tanam dan Pemberian IBA (Indole Butyric Acid)

The objectives of the research were to know the effect of plant materials and applied IBA  for the level of success of lime cutting. This research was conducted at Kebun Kopi, Marendal, Patumbak in May-July 2017 with factor such as plant materials of cutting (primary, secondary, tertiary branches) and applied IBA (0, 50, 100, 150 ppm/l) using two-way randomized design then analyzed using Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The parameters observed were the percentage of cutting success, speed of bud, bud length, number of leaves, the diameter of bud, wet weight of the apical, wet weight of roots, number of roots, root length, and root volume. The results showed that treatment of plant materials cutting (C) was significantly different on bud length and wet weight of apical with the best treatment is the primary branch (C1). Applied IBA concentration (I) was significantly different on the number of leaves, wet weight of roots, and the number of roots with the best treatment is applied IBA on concentration 150 ppm/l (I3)
