Academic service management has an important role in improving academic quality in Higher Education. Academic service providers involve all components of higher education. The components involved are lecturers, employees, and all staff in universities. Academic service management must be applied optimally. Demonstrate a good attitude, friendly, polite, and understand the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Lecturers, employees, and all university staff must be productive, creative, and innovative. All work together in implementing academic service management. Improving service management can be carried out by 1) understanding the meaning of academic service management, 2) quality of academic services management, 3) evaluating academic service management in improving the academic quality of higher education
