KOMUNIKASI PERSUASIF PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN BULELENG DALAM MENANGGULANGI PANDEMI COVID-19

ABSTRACTCovid Pandemic - 19 has entered the second semester, many regions in Indonesia are struggling to deal with this outbreak, although the new normal life order has been rolled out but there are still many regions that still face a trend of increasing positive cases, this shows there are still obstacles in implementing health communication strategies to Public. This research aims to provide education to the public in facing global disasters and their prevention. Theresults showed that the district and city governments in Bali had done a lot of communication strategies to the people of their respective regions through coercive, informative, canalizing, educative, persuasive and redundancy techniques in packaging messages in the form of instructions, appeals to the public to prevent Covid-19 transmission in their respective territories.However, it has not yet maximized its role in using a comprehensive communication strategy for all regency and city governments in Bali, this cannot be separated from the role of the provincial government of Bali as the highest stakeholder.Keywords: Persuasif, Communication, Buleleng Government, Covid-1
