TEORI TINDAKAN KOMUNIKATIF DALAM MENGELOLA KONFLIK SOSIAL MASYARAKAT BALI

ABSTRACTThe plurality of Balinese people in ethnicity, race, religion and culture is indeed very vulnerable to conflict. This has an effect on the intensity of the plurality of Balinese society. New socio-political and economic values, face to face with Balinese culture which is based on Hinduism and relies on traditional villages. For this reason, it is necessary to understand the character of the Balinese people, so that social conflicts that arise can be managed properly through communicative actions that are far from acts of violence and authoritarianism.
