Abstract

This article initially criticizes the traditional didactic model in Physical Education, centered on the teaching of movement tasks, which is based on reductionism: The emphasis on teaching of execution techniques over the experiences of the practice (technicism), a didacticism oriented to specific learning that leaves aside other emerging formation processes in the multiple relationships that occur in the classroom, and biologism, insofar as the physiological-motor processes are privileged over those that emerge at the social level or in the same construction of meaning on the practices experienced in class.
