This paper is a product of a research titled “Mathematics teachers’ narratives and subjectivities about their professional experience”. It presents some questionings related to mathematics teachers’ training. The main purpose of the study is to unveil the mathematics teachers’ subjectivities in narratives written by teachers about their career experience and their formation trajectories. It assumes the narrative perspective in its epistemological and methodological dimension, in a way which claims the narrative thinking as a way of knowing the world and oneself.
