The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of teachers’ job satisfactions on their commitment in selected governmental Preparatory Schools of Bale Zone. Hence, it examined the levels of teachers’ job satisfaction, the relation with their commitments as well as the effect of teachers’ job satisfaction on their commitment in the selected governmental Preparatory Schools of Bale Zone.
