The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the results of training using a set system and conventional to the leg muscle explosive power of the volleyball club players in Lubuklinggau. This type of research is included in the quasi-experimental research category. The research design used was The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study were all volleyball clubs in Lubuklinggau city, totaling 7 clubs. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, the samples in this study were 3 volleyball clubs in Lubuklinggau city including Sehase club, JVC and Caroline club. in order to obtain a sample of 44 male players.
