This report begins with an overview of the Escape, Evacuation and Rescue (EER) project, and the objectives and goals that the Offshore Engineering Research Group (OERG) wish to achieve. The focus will involve the first phase, involving a scaled model of the Terra Nova FPSO, and especially the second phase, involving a model offshore jacket structure. Discussion on the EER program will be weighted as such, for that is the scope of personal experience in this study. Further discussion will include the concept of performance measures, the analysis of collected data and personal observations.Peer reviewed: YesNRC publication: Ye
