This study aims at examining the relationship between both Job Engagement and Perceived Organizational Support and Job Performance. In addition, the study aims to assess the impact of Job Engagement and Perceived Organizational Support on Job Performance. In order to achieve its objectives, this study follows the descriptive analytical approach. The study population consisted of (1104) employees working in three universities (Islamic university of Gaza, Al-Azhar University - Gaza, and Al-Aqsa University).
