Investment portfolio

The bachelor's final work analyses the creation of an investment portfolio for client X. The first part summarizes and codifies the concepts used in the investment process of Lithuanian and foreign researchers, distinguished types of shares, bonds, investment funds, their peculiarities, risks. An important part about the structure of the investment portfolio, technical and fundamental analyses in its compilation and the progress of the compilation. The second part gives an overview of the economic analysis of Lithuania's situation, which is taken into account when forming an investment portfolio. In order to determine what type of investment portfolio the client will be formed, a study "Lithuanian investment habits" was carried out. A comparison was made between two self-investing e-commerce platforms. Lithuanian companies selected from the Nasdaq Baltic Exchange, whose annual performance is structured according to indicators: EPS, Share price/earnings ratio, Share price to book value ratio, Net profitability (%), Asset profitability indicator, Return on Equity ratio. The results showed that residents are reluctant to invest for fear of losing funds, the client is low financially literate and inclined not to take risks. Taking into account macroeconomic indicators and the values of the above indicators, an investment portfolio has been created for client X. Recommendations are made for those who want to start investing
