Numerical Methods for Ordinary and Stochastic Differential Equations and Their Applications in Biology. This paper is a Bachelor thesis on the topic of Numerical methods for ordinary and stochastic differential equations and their applications in biology. Primarly the goal and the main tasks of the work are highlighted. The thesis is divided into two parts: the analysis of theoretical material and the presentation of the practical task. The whole work is focused on ordinary and stochastic differential equations. The thesis includes analysis of basic mathematical concepts, their use and significance for research in biological processes, as well as covering the Runge-Kutta fourth and Euler-Maruyama numerical solution algorithms. Both of these algorithms are implemented in the practical system for modeling biological processes. The results of the practical task and the system itself are described and analysed in the second part of this thesis
