This study aims to identify the effect of organizational behavior on improving performance. The problem of this study is reviewing performance of some companies that are not up to the required level, so the reason for this decline is that the organizational behavior of these companies follow is not being managed in a good manner, and this is shown by learning the content of some previous studies which related to the topic.
