Through what was researched in this study, the researcher reached some results, most notably: • Illegal immigration is not just an ordinary phenomenon; it is, according to legal adjustment, a crime punishable by both domestic and international law. • The phenomenon of illegal immigration means that a person enters another country illegally or even legally, and then deliberately violating the law in the host country such as the end of the period of stay and not leaving, with the intention of staying in that country. • There are many negative effects that result from illegal immigration, and these effects are not limited to the countries that migrate to, but extend to the countries that migrate from, and these effects are economic, social and security implications.
