The Role of Corporate Governance in Financial Institutions is the fulcrum on which this research work revolves. Corporate Governance entails that those at the helm of company’s affairs such as directors are accountable, responsible and sensitive to the stake of shareholders in the Organization, creditors, the entire public and the society, which is in fact, quite fundamental to any company.
