Running to improve pelvis positioning in a patient with a SCI at the level of Th10/11. A. During walking on knees, the pelvis is too much backwards mainly because of spasticity. B-E. During running the patient is able to bring the pelvis forward, especially in E. F. After running 10 times the distance of 6m the patient was exhausted but happy. Note that the patient is strongly using her arms to increase the running speed. A high-speed camera would have been needed to improve the quality of the pictures.</p
