Since 2016, cybercrime generates more income for offenders than traditional crime. The development of the Internet, and of digital technology in general, has enabled many offences to be committed and thus has made its entry into the majority of branches of criminal law: offences against property, State security personality, etc. Yet, despite all the legislative developments, there is still one branch of criminal law where digital technology has not made its entry: offences against the physical integrity of the person.
